Waterpark Management Inc. (“Schlitterbahn”) (July 2018-June 2019) Camino Real Advisors served as an advisor to the Family ownership group of Schlitterbahn which was founded in 1979 and operates four iconic waterparks. We led the exploration of strategic alternatives for the Family. In this advisory role, Camino Real Advisors spent significant time with each constituent to determine each’s needs and objectives. The Family directed us to conduct a sale process wherein we sourced, interviewed and engaged attorneys and other professionals. We served as the liaison between the Company and its professionals, led the preparation of all process and diligence materials, prepared the management team for and participated in meetings with interested parties, negotiated directly with interested parties and advised the Family on its alternatives.
